Report of the Maryland House Select Committee on a memorial from Maryland citizens seeking to have the charters forfeited from the Bank of Maryland and the Susquehanna Bank at Port Deposite, and a review of the latter bank. After review, the committee proposed a resolution which allowed the Attorney General to vacate the charter of Susquehanna Bank. The report is signed by James W. Williams, Daniel S. Biser.
