There are no known issues of a daily Constitution published in Washington, D.C., after Nov. 1845. Possibly this was an unsuccessful attempt to continue the existing Constitution which was published by Heart & Harris semiweekly (daily during sessions of Congress) in Washington from Oct. 18, 1844 to Nov. 24, 1845, and in Baltimore from Dec. 4 to Dec. 25, 1845.
