Actions for New York, October 14th, 1850 [electronic resource] : In view of the great difficulty experienced by many post masters, in complying with the 81st section of the P.O. regulations, from a want of the knowledge of the proper distributing offices, the undersigned has caused to be prepared with great care and accuracy, by experienced clerks in the New York Post Office, a complete schedule for distribution by counties, embracing the whole United States, and which can readily be adapted to every section of the Union. ... Any P.M. desiring this schedule, can have a copy forwarded by enclosing (postage paid) one dollar to the undersigned, addressed "Thomas E. Sutton, Post Office, New York."
