The American Antiquarian Society copy is dated in ms. "Mar. 9, 1876." Also in ms. are, on the second leaf, a list of what appears to be newly elected active members, and, on a separate inserted leaf, a letter addressed to C.R. Agnew, M.D.: Public Health Association of New York. Mar. 13, 1876. Dear Sir, At a meeting held on the 24th ultimo, the grade of honorary member was abolished and you are elected an active member. Very respectfully &c. A.B. Judson, recording secretary.
