"Signed, sealed, and delivered, in presence of Richard Robinson, W.H. Riley, Henry Hubbard, president Sullivan R.R.Co. Franklin Evans, treasurer Sullivan R.R.Co. State of New Hampshire, Sullivan, ss. Charlestown, February 13, 1850. Then personally appeared, Henry Hubbard, president, Franklin Evans, treasurer, and acknowledged the within instrument, by them subscribed, to be the voluntary act and deed of the Sullivan Railroad Company. Before me, Enos Stevens, justice peace."
