No. 1-6 were distributed with a limited circulation which did not include overseas addresses. "The issue for March 1966 has been numbered Volume 14, no. 1, the previous 51 issues (No.1 of July 1952 to No.51 of Dec. 1965) having been considered as 13 volumes.
