Summary
A hazards anaiysis is given of the uranyl fluoride-water solution type zero power reactor (ZPR-II) which is used for analysis of heterogeneous reactors. Information is presented on site and facility characteristics, reactor design and operating characteristics, nucleonic characteristics, proposed experimental programs, reactor facility operating standards and procedures, and a summary of the safeguards and hazards considerations.
