- Indictment for the murder of Simeon Fuller. Fuller had in his possession several slaves to which John D Hall and the prisoner claimed title. There were two objections to the empannelling of the jury neither of which were upheld by the Supreme Court. There was one further objection to evidence allowed by the lower court, but it was found that there were no grounds for this objection and the verdict of the lower court was upheld. No grounds for the writ of error; guilty verdict confirmed.
