Sale to Inge of slave, Harry, affirmed as sound by Bond, though he knew he was afflicted with disease of the liver. The price was [dollars] 400. Bond had refused to sign a warranty of soundness. Jury found against Bond. Decision in favour of Inge upheld by Supreme Court.
