"Resolved, That His Excellency the Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Council, be authorized and requested to appoint three Commissioners, who shall cause to be taken a copy of the survey of 'the harbor of Boston, made by Commissioners, under a resolve approved the fifth day of March, one thousand eight hundred and thirty-five, and upon such copy or survey shall define such lines as they shall think expedient to establish, beyond which no wharves shall be extended into and over the tide waters of the Commonwealth, on either side of said harbor ..."--Page [1].
