Summary

Data on p-p elastic scattering in the 1.5 to 9 Bev range are discussed. It was concluded that owing to uncorrected experimental bases which generally increase the energy, the reported values of the p-p elastic scattering cross section sigma /sub e/ should be regarded as lower limits. An upper limit of sigma /sub e/ approximately 20 mb was estimated for the 1.5 to 9 Bev range. (auth)
