Summary

The concentration of radioactlve materials detected in the environment surrounding Mound Laboratory, Miamisburg, Ohio, during the first half of 1963 is presented. The concentration of polonium and tritium in the Great Miami River was within the maximum permissible level recommended by the National Committee on Radiation Protection and Measuremerts. The concentration of polonium and plutonium in the environmental air was also within the maximum permissible level recommended by the National Committee on Radintion Protection and Measurements. There was no detectable concentrntion of tritium in the environmental air during the first half of 1965. (auth)
