Investigations were made of reduced TiO/sub 2/ rutile in the following areas: tests for contact injection, surface studies of breakdown phenomena, reagent studies, saturationbreakdown characteristics, ohmic contact consistency, least squares fitting of the diode characteristics, and an oil immersion test.
