A "striking printers' newspaper" that circulated freely among the citizens of Milwaukee for the purpose of disseminating "correct intelligence" regarding the strike, starting in April [?], 1881. Other issues were "to appear from time to time," as developments warranted. Cf. Vol. 1, no. 3 (Apr. 29, 1881), p. 1 and 2.
