- Summary
- "This study, primarily using data from the 2021 Census of Population, examines the representation of women in middle and senior management positions in Canada, comparing their characteristics with those of their men counterparts. The analysis also adopts an intersectional approach to explore the representation of women managers among racialized and Indigenous populations. The results indicate that, despite some progress, women remain underrepresented in management roles, holding 42.7% of middle management and 30.8% of senior management positions as of 2021"--Abstract, page 1.
