Summary
The problems originally reported in report Number 1 entitled Report on Construction Problems at Fort St. Vrain Nuclear Power Plant, Platteville, Colorado, are repeated in this report so that this report number 2 covers the construction period from the beginning of construction to April 1974. In addition, all RDT Incident Reports filed on Fort St. Vrain are included as problems. The report records the corrective action as to resolution at the site, and action planned for future large HTGR plants. The action planned for large HTGR's necessarily involved many activities within GA and as such accomplished the stated purpose of the review committee outlined by the Engineering Division Director.
