Summary
This report is intended to answer two major maintenance related questions: That sufficient resources are programed and budgeted to enable the project to accomplish program objectives and to effectively evaluate and measure performance in order to determine that the condition of the plant property meets departmental objectives. The goal of maintenance is to maximize plant reliability at an optimum cost. Details on the Generation Management System (GMS) plan are given in the appendix of this report.
