Summary
The purpose was to produce improved mutagen-testing systems in mice. Chromosomal inversion systems were induced and techniques improved to induce, detect, genetically define, and combine inversions in effective mutation-test systems. Recessive detrimentals and lethals induced in the validation-testing of these systems were studied. 7 references, 2 figures. (ACR)
