Summary
Work is reported as follows: (1) effect of various factors on the product distribution and kinetics of Fischer-Tropsch synthesis over iron catalysts in a fixed bed reactor; (2) the kinetics and selectivity of hydrocarbon synthesis with unpromoted bulk iron-based catalysts in a well-stirred slurry reactor free of temperature and concentration gradients; (3) low temperature reactions between graphite and water catalyzed by KOH; and (4) the catalytic hydrogenation of structural models of coal.
