ELSA, a Peruvian-based startup company, is on a mission to harness the power of data and technology to end workplace sexual harassment. Founded by Marlene Molero and Ivonne Quiñones, ELSA leverages data, artificial intelligence, and a deep understanding of gender studies to provide organizations with a comprehensive solution for addressing harassment. ELSA has worked with over 100 companies and half a million people in Latin America. By changing how organizations approach this widespread issue, ELSA has helped some companies achieve a remarkable 60% decrease in the incidence of sexual harassment.
