All in the game [videorecording].
- Traces the meteoric rise of Imagic, a young home-video-game company, and its impact on a fiercely competitive market. Led by founder William Grubb, Imagic by September 1982 had soared to the number-two spot among software-only suppliers, just six months after its first product introduction, and was making plans for an initial public stock offering. But after industry leaders Atari and Mattel announced in December that fourth-quarter sales were less than expected, Grubb postponed the offering until the market regained bullishness on video stocks.
