- Summary:
- The scrapbook, created by William Herschel Bullock, documents his time as a Penn State student from 1910 to 1912 before transferring to Cornell University. Mr. Bullock's scrapbook documents several student activities, such as the Student Army Training Corps (SATC) drills, football victory bonfires, and the "Push-ball scrap." In addition to these student activities, there are also photographs of students in class and on class field trips to the area surrounding Penn State. There are also several photographs documenting the Penn State campus, including buildings such as Old Main, the Armory, and the Engineering building, as well as photographs of other towns, such as Tyrone, Pennsylvania, and Wheeling, West Virginia. A Penn State athletics 1913 calendar is loose inside the scrapbook.

- William Herschel Bullock was from Plainfield, New Jersey. He studied horticulture and agricultural education at Penn State from 1910 to 1912 before transferring to Cornell University in January, 1913.
