Biographical or Historical Sketch
The Council of Commonwealth Student Governments is representative of the 19 commonwealth locations of the Pennsylvania State University. Convening the 19 commonwealth student governments for bi-monthly meetings, the council deals with issues relating to students, campuses and funding. The council is divided into five caucuses, Northeast , Northwest, Southeast, Southwest and Central, representing all of Pennsylvania.
