Biographical or Historical Sketch
Delta Sigma Rho, a national forensics honor fraternity, secured a local chapter at Pennsylvainia State University in 1917. In 1963, the fraternity merged with Tau Kappa Alpha, another national forensics honor fraternity. The resulting fraternity, Delta Sigma Rho-Tau Kappa Alpha was active on Penn State's campus until the mid-1970s.
