Original parts publication of Evans 38748 (ESTC W20568), one gathering per part. Each part except the first (p. [1]-8) is numbered at the head of its first page, above the running title, with a large arabic numeral, e.g. gathering B has at head of p. 9 "No. 2." Evans 38748 appears to be printed from substantially the same setting of type with the part numbers removed from above the running titles.
