District of the city of New-York. : I [blank] do solemnly [blank] that the entry, now delivered by me to the collector of this district, contains, to the best of my knowledge and belief, a true account of all the goods, wares and merchandize imported by me, or consigned to me, [blank] in the [blank] master, from the port of [blank] And that the said entry also contains a true account in [blank] of the cost thereof, including charges; and that the invoice and bill of lading, herewith produced, are the true and genuine ones by me received, of the said goods, wares, and merchandize. And if I shall hereafter discover any other, or greater quantity of merchandize than is contained in the entry aforesaid, I will forthwith make due report of the same to the said collector. And I further [blank] that all matters whatsoever, in the said entry expressed, are, to the best of my knowledge and belief, just and true.--So help me God.
