Documents the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation's Teaching Nursing Home Program, a demonstration project aimed at improving the long-term health care of elderly Americans by encouraging university schools of nursing to establish clinical affiliations with nursing homes. Filmed at three of the Program's twelve sites and looks at the actual impact of the project on the lives of individual students, faculty, staff members and patients.
