Considers. S. 2502, to authorize D.C. Courts to allow states, territories or possessions to sue tax evaders in D.C., when reciprocal right is authorized for D.C. S. 2056, to permit unmarried D.C. judges without dependent children to terminate deductions and withholdings from their salary.
